Remodel Bio Shipping Policy
At Remodel Bio, our goal is to provide you with high-quality performance supplements with the fastest possible delivery. All our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner facility in the United States.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been "Accepted" by our fulfillment team, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the shipping address.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (USA)
We use USPS for all domestic shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing).

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing).

Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Military bases is currently unavailable.
3. International Shipping Rates & Estimates
We do not currently ship internationally. Please contact us at RemodelBio818@gmail.com if you think this should change!
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Remodel Bio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement bottles. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on eligible returns.
